Gregory Rodrigues

Essas vitórias o colocaram no radar do UFC.[editar]

Gregory Rodrigues commands a dedicated but informal following, drawn to his relentless, mechanical fighting style and his reputation as a finisher. His fans, who often refer to themselves simply as supporters of “RoboCop,” have no formal name or organized structure. There are no documented fan campaigns, chart drives, or coordinated projects; instead, his visibility is driven largely by the UFC's promotional machinery and his own engaging social media presence. This is a fanbase that thrives on the thrill of his fights, particularly the controversial moments that have become part of his lore.

In August 2026, iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated Gregory Rodrigues but he does not currently hold a placement in the published rankings, including the Global Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. This means that, despite his growing prominence in the UFC, he has not yet achieved the level of global fame required to rank among the most famous individuals worldwide. His recognition remains substantial within the MMA community, yet it has not translated into a broader cultural footprint that would place him on these lists. As his career progresses, particularly with his upcoming main-event slot, his fame may well climb, but for now, he stands outside the iFANN rankings.[editar]

Gregory Rodrigues, known as “RoboCop” for his durable, mechanical fighting style, holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has competed at light heavyweight before settling at middleweight. He trains alongside Kamaru Usman and Gilbert Burns at MMA Masters and often wears a black mouthguard during fights. His professional record stands at 19-6-0, and he is recognized for his surprising knockout power.

One of the most defining moments of his career came in June 2025, when he knocked out Jack Hermansson with a punch thrown after his opponent was already unconscious. The extra punch sparked controversy, and Rodrigues responded with a blunt “I don't care,” a statement that became a soundbite and part of his lore as a fearless finisher. Another key chapter unfolded in March 2026, when he avenged a previous loss to Brunno Ferreira at UFC 326, a victory that the UFC promoted as a revenge story and that solidified his momentum. Most recently, he was chosen to headline the UFC's return to Sacramento in August 2026, a sign of his rising status in the middleweight division.[editar]

As of 2026, iFANN currently estimates Gregory Rodrigues's net worth at around $500,000. His income primarily stems from UFC fight purses, win bonuses, and performance bonuses. As a ranked middleweight, he likely earns a base salary in the six figures per fight, with the potential for additional bonuses. He also receives sponsorship from Venum and other brands, contributing to his overall earnings. His pre-UFC career, which included stints in LFA and Smash Global, provided an early financial foundation that has grown with his success in the UFC.[editar]
