1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. iFANN records the date and version accepted. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use iFANN. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on iFANN. By posting content, you grant iFANN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to post your content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploits a minor, or infringes another person's rights. iFANN reserves the right to remove content, limit its visibility, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, or the Service.
If you delete your account, authored posts, videos, comments, room threads, messages, and other account-associated content are deleted or irreversibly anonymized after the recovery period. Limited safety, legal, fraud-prevention, backup, or financial records may be retained only as necessary and are not kept under the former public username. See our Account and Data Deletion page.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Post spam or unsolicited commercial content
6. Intellectual Property
The iFANN name, logo, and all related designs, text, graphics, and software are the property of iFANN. You may not use any of these without prior written permission.
7. Voting Tickets, Coins, and Rewarded Advertising
iFANN may provide free or earned voting tickets, virtual coins, or other virtual benefits. You may optionally watch a rewarded advertisement to receive the amount displayed before the ad begins. Virtual items are licensed Service features, not money, deposits, stored value, securities, or property; they have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless a separate Creator Rewards programme expressly states otherwise.
Advertising availability and rewards may vary by country, device, provider, inventory, eligibility, daily limits, and fraud checks. Closing an ad early, technical failure, invalid traffic, automation, multiple-account abuse, device manipulation, or a missing verified completion may result in no reward, reversal, limits, suspension, or disqualification. Watching ads never changes editorial decisions, nominations, award results, or rankings except through valid votes cast under the published rules.
8. Creator Rewards
Creator Rewards, where offered, is a separate eligibility-based revenue programme and is not guaranteed employment, wages, or a fixed return. Eligibility, qualifying activity, thresholds, identity or tax checks, payout methods, reserves, adjustments, and regional availability are governed by the programme rules shown in the Service. Fraudulent, purchased, automated, manipulated, infringing, or policy-violating activity does not qualify. We may withhold or reverse amounts reasonably connected to invalid activity, disputes, chargebacks, legal obligations, or policy violations.
9. Advertising and Third-Party Services
iFANN may integrate with third-party services for authentication, notifications, advertising, measurement, consent, and fraud prevention. The Service may display contextual or consent-based advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Advertisers do not control iFANN editorial decisions, nominations, rankings, or award outcomes. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Termination
iFANN may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or restrict features for violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, and when needed to prevent abuse or protect the Service. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. You may request account deletion at any time; deletion and its 30-day recovery period are described at Account and Data Deletion.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iFANN does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFANN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
iFANN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service.
