Visão geral
Oriko Fujidō wakes up one morning to find her world has shrunk, or rather, she has exploded in size. The heiress to the Fujidō Conglomerate, a company that dominates the global vending machine market, finds herself towering over her city after Dr. Sebastion slips her an experimental energy drink during a monster attack. This incident kicks off a series of absurd situations where Oriko struggles to fit into a normal-sized life while maintaining her high-society demeanor.
The narrative leans heavily into physical comedy and satire, highlighting the disconnect between extreme wealth and everyday reality. In one memorable instance, Oriko receives an entire city as a birthday present, treating such extravagance with casual indifference. Her height fluctuates wildly, often reaching well beyond the standard 180 cm baseline, creating visual gags that rely on her massive scale interacting with tiny objects and people.
Published by Shogakukan on the Sunday Webry platform since July 2021, the manga has built a strong following for its unique blend of kaiju elements and otome tropes. An anime adaptation produced by Tatsunoko Production is set to premiere in January 2027 under the direction of Hiroshi Ikehata, bringing the oversized antics to a broader audience.
