As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World

Ars Louvent wakes up as the newborn son of a noble family in a fantasy realm, inheriting a title alongside a bankrupt estate and a unique ability called Appraisal. This skill lets him see the hidden potential, current strength, and specific talents of anyone he meets. Instead of relying on personal combat prowess or magic, Ars focuses on identifying overlooked individuals, such as clumsy knights, reclusive mages, or skilled artisans, and recruiting them into his service. The narrative follows his strategic efforts to transform a weak territory into a powerful domain through talent scouting and administrative reform.

The light novel series was written by Miraijin A with illustrations by Jimmy. It originated as a web novel serialized on Shōsetsuka ni Narō before being acquired for print publication by K Ranobe Books, an imprint of KADOKAWA. The first volume arrived on July 2, 2020, and the main story continued with nine volumes released by mid-2026. The franchise has since expanded into manga and anime adaptations, maintaining its focus on political intrigue and kingdom building rather than constant battle sequences. [editar]
