Pokémon vs NFT pricing chaos
NFTs actually have floor prices while Pokémon cards don't. You can find editions with tens of thousands in circulation commanding high individual sale values yet no single place shows what they are really worth. The lack of a centralized platform makes it hard to pin down accurate worth for the whole market. That existence of floor prices is an advantage attributed to NFTs.

There's so many of these cards. I should start sending you these periodically, Keith, where they'll say the card and they'll say what it's worth and then how many of them are on the markets. There's so many cards where there's like 10 to like 50 plus K of them and they're worth like five to 10 grand each. It's like, there's a lot of those, man. That should be a sight. I'm sure it is. Pokemon card market cap. There's a bunch of them that do things along those lines. But there's not like one central place where people go for it because how could you do that really, right? Like it's not, collectible market is kind of different in a way. That's also why I think that the NFTs having the floor mechanic is a very unique thing because then there's something to point to with some consistency as to what something is actually worth. It's just objectively a superior way to go about collectibles. If you're still into NFTs, you should definitely follow us because we talk about JPEGs more than we probably should.
