    Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez is a Venezuelan national, and now he's facing a federal charge of assault on an officer out of the Sep. 20 incident in Austin TX. Per the report, he hit the agent with his vehicle trying to run. That ICE agent did nothing wrong, full stop. Democrats own this one, they're the ones out there telling people "don't comply." We know that he is in a local hospital in serious condition with a gunshot wound and now as you can see tensions are flaring in the city of Austin where the mayor came out earlier today and talked about the surge of ICE agents in the city causing fears among residents AND HE WANTS ICE OUT OF THE CITY AND IS ANXIOUS TO SEE THE BODY CAMERA VIDEO AND OTHER VIDEO INVOLVED AND DEMOCRATIC CONGRESSMAN THERE IS CALLING FOR AN INVESTIGATION.
