Poland and Switzerland are tied at 46%, with Ukraine and Slovakia just behind at 45%. Ireland rounds out the top tier at 38%. Further down the list France is at 37%, Slovenia at 27%, and Croatia at 25%. Italy and Romania both land at 15%, Spain at 12%, and Bulgaria plus Serbia at 10%. Portugal comes in at 9%, Georgia at 6%, and Turkey and Greece tie at 4%. Armenia finishes the data set at 3%.
