New details are emerging about the tragic death of Nolan Wells after a grand jury decided not to bring charges in the case. The Mississippi State Medical Examiner’s autopsy found no water in his lungs or airways, while the cause and manner of death remain undetermined. The report also documented head injuries.

Lungs. No fluid or debris is within the airways. GI tract. Unremarkable. The stomach is empty. What this means is that there's no water in the stomach. There's no water in the lungs. and there's no water in the throat. And yet, the grand jury, if you read through that, especially at the end, what they want to determine is an accidental drowning. But this is their own medical examiner's report. What is the name of the examiner's report? It is signed August 17th is the date that it's signed. And it still, even this medical examiner concluded that the death was undetermined.
