Gotrilla trading struggles IN THE TRENCHES EP. 82
por Freddenver: Robinhood
Gotrilla breaks down the specific execution hurdle that has defined his trading career, pinpointing the inability to take profits as the primary struggle he still faces. He identifies as a terrible moon boy who gets high on his own euphoria, noting that knowing when to sell remains his main issue despite years of awareness. The challenge isn't purely mental; it involves a physical sensation of excitement in the body when prices rise that signals exactly when you should have sold money out. Gotrilla explains that whenever that feeling of being too happy hits, the market dislikes that energy and advises exiting immediately. Rather than journaling on paper, he internalizes these feelings directly in his brain, using bodily cues to track his state. This same physical intuition works in reverse, leading him to admit he sells assets prematurely whenever convinced he has identified the bottom. He draws parallels to past local tops seen when NFTs launched on Robinhood, observing that feeling too happy while watching slop emerge is a warning sign that history repeats itself. It is a cycle of recognizing these patterns from the past to guide current intuition.
