The NFL system forces quarterbacks to be the most famous faces on every roster, which means they absorb every single blame when things collapse and claim every single praise when things click. Quarterbacks are just a mirror of the environment they operate in, not pure individual talent. Folks labeled Sam Darnold as a bust until he landed in Minnesota with Justin Jefferson or moved to Seattle with JSN, suddenly flipping the script to greatness. The average NFL fan supposedly runs on a 45 IQ and grasps nothing about how this league functions. Walk into any stadium and half the jerseys belong to the quarterback because that is who takes the fall for a 0-17 disaster or gets the credit for a Super Bowl victory. Handing Baker Mayfield $160 million at the tail end of his career after securing exactly one playoff win feels like a terrible move. Bryce Young stands out as the most overhated QB ever simply because he suits up for the Carolina Panthers, yet he remains a genuinely great player constantly overlooked by everyone who judges him solely based on the team name.

And the worst thing about the National Football League is that the way it's designed is the quarterbacks are the most famous guys on every team. The quarterbacks get all of the blame when things go wrong. And then the vice versa, the quarterbacks get all of the praise when things go right. Quarterbacks have always and will always be a reflection of the system that they're in. People said Sam Darnold was a bust. People said Sam Darnold was terrible. Then he went to Minnesota and had Justin Jefferson. Sam Darnold was great. Then he went to Seattle and had JSN. Sam Donald's great. Quarterbacks get all the blame, all the praise, no matter what. NFL fans, the average NFL fan has a 45 IQ and they don't understand anything. I'm not going to sit here and say Baker was ass, but I am going to say giving Baker $160 million at the end of his career when he's given us one playoff win is probably not an ideal decision. He's right, dude. I'm 100% right. I'm telling you, anyone who watches the NFL and has, again, because everybody that watches the NFL has a 45 IQ. You go into a stadium, what are half of the jerseys going to be? It's going to be the quarterback. A team wins a Super Bowl, who's most likely going to get the praise? A quarterback. A team goes 0-17, who's going to get the blame? A quarterback. You want to know the most overhated quarterback ever is Bryce Young. Bryce Young, I personally think, is a great player, but Bryce Young is in the Carolina fucking Panthers. So people are always going to dog on Bryce Young. Bryce Young is a great fucking player, and he's so overhated. and overlooked. No one's ever going to give Bryce Young credit for anything. Bryce Young's a great player. He just plays in the fucking Panthers.
