Jynxzi emotional reaction The Last of Us Part 2
Jynxzi just finished a marathon where he played through both The Last of Us Part 1 and Part 2 for 56 hours straight. By the time he hit the ending scene in The Last of Us Part 2, he was completely overwhelmed. Watching Joel and Ellie share their final conversation in that dimly lit room with Ellie holding a mug, Jynxzi broke down into tears. He admitted that while Part 1 had you just cheering for Joel and Ellie no matter what, Part 2 offered a different perspective. He noted how understanding Abby and her dad changed things and introduced characters in a way that made sense rather than feeling unnecessary. Even though he knows saying it might upset some people, he feels confident that Part 2 is simply a better made game because of the longer runtime and the way the plot wraps everything up.

Like, I didn't really understand what you guys were saying until like now. because part one like laid down the story and like you were just cheering for joel and ellie no matter what but then when part two came around you started to understand more things with abby and her dad and it just shows you both perspectives and i know i might piss people off by saying this but i think part two was just a better made game it was longer there was much more flashbacks you started to understand the plot a lot more like i think part two is just a better made game like i think part one i think part one is like you're literally just cheering for joel and ellie you know nothing more than that really you're literally just kind of rooting for them um but then part two it like sort of all wraps around they introduce a lot of characters which normally I hate I normally I fucking hate when shows and movies mainly shows introduce a bunch of new characters out of nowhere at the end but I think the way they did it was really nice in part two like it all made sense it wasn't like unnecessary
