Here I go. And I never let go once. It doesn't really have a name, but it's, if you've got a broom and you're bored, have some fun. Grab said stick and hold it. I'd say like this far apart. You don't wanna do it too short because you can't step through. You don't want it too wide because then you can't push it through your legs. The whole idea is that you're keeping hold of the stick the entire time. You're gonna step through, bring it over your head like that. And then you're gonna take this end or this end, if you're left-handed, and you're gonna put it through around the back and then you're gonna step out. Ta-da! I think I saw someone do it once on like a contortionist show or something. And the thing is, is if you do it any other way, if you do it this way, you can't get your shoulders. So you have to do it with your palms facing up in order for your shoulder blades to click into place. It's a good party trick afterwards to be like, give it a go. Because then you just see people like nearly break their shoulders and stuff.
