A woman found dead in Chambers County earlier this month was strangled, that's according to officials. This comes after the woman and a man were found dead near County Road 86 in Lynette earlier this month. The two people found were identified as 47-year-old Jessica Foles and 44-year-old Daniel Robbins. Chambers County District Attorney Mike Segrist says Robbins was Foles' boyfriend. After autopsy results, investigators believe Robbins killed Foles and was in the process of disposing of her body when he had a deadly heart attack.
