Hansi Flick Barcelona coach

It's been two and a half years since Hansi Flick arrived at Barcelona, yet he still hasn't managed to learn Spanish. The situation has gotten so frustrating that reports say he has seriously considered giving up on the language entirely. He reportedly points to his age as a major factor in why this hasn't clicked for him over such a long period. Despite the struggle, the club isn't panicking because they value getting everything communicated accurately far more than risking mistakes or misunderstandings during his massive schedule of 100 to 120 press conferences every single year. To handle this, his assistant Arnau Blanco steps in as the interpreter, making sure that exactly what Flick intends to say is the message that actually gets delivered to the public.
