Grayson Waller NXT promo

Grayson Waller insists that his return to NXT was the only thing that kept his career from ending. He describes the first promo he did back as the most important of his life because if it had flopped, he would have been finished and he could feel that pressure. Shawn let him go out there and say exactly what he wanted without any interference, which was crucial since Waller had been carrying a version of that promo in his head for months just to get those frustrations out. Without that specific moment happening, Waller claims there is no way he would be getting interviewed right now or having any of these opportunities open up for him. The experience completely rejuvenated who he is as a person and wrestler. More importantly for Waller, he had forgotten what he could actually do and how good he was until he performed that specific promo. Once he came back and delivered, it felt like NXT saved his career, 100% saved his career, making the whole return extremely vital for his future.
