Blake Monroe WWE debut reflection

Even when you are the one doing the work, there is a moment where the silence gets loud enough to make you wonder if you are actually moving forward or just standing still in place. Blake Monroe spent five months waiting for her WWE main roster in-ring debut and that long stretch of time forced her to question her own progress more than once. The drive to be out there working and performing before actual crowds is so strong for her that she was chomping at the bit dying to get out there during those five months because she knows better than anyone else that timing is everything in this business. She has achieved things in her career that would not have happened if she didn't fail 10 times before and that covers so many different things big and small that shaped who she became. It is easy to know in your heart that timing is everything but it does get to a point months in where you start thinking about what you are doing while everyone else seems to be getting somewhere. You train every day going to the gym daily, you dress like a million bucks putting on the professional look, you have your character developed and ready with ideas, and yet you still want to be out there showing people what you can do. There comes a point where you see other girls and think you could be better than them and you think if you had the shots they had and the opportunities they had you would have done more with it than just waiting around. There is that natural hunger and desire inside you that can get to a point where you question yourself and think why is this not happening for me right now instead of someone else. But ultimately it is such a huge machine with so many moving parts that control the flow of everything and there are unpredictable factors like injuries and other things that shift around without any warning. For her it was just every single week turning up and saying I am ready for this and bringing here's 20 different things I want to do on the show until one of them sticks and eventually it did happen. Now she feels like she is on the show and you cannot ignore her presence because you cannot keep her in the back for another week and you cannot look at her and her peers and not use them now since they are finally ready. She did have moments where she questioned herself so let that be a lesson to everyone out there watching from the sidelines even The Glamour questions herself sometimes but she remembered who she is and what she did to get here and she just kept working harder through it all.
