Dana White on Islam Makhachev UFC336

The interim title fight got booked because Islam Makhachev doesn't want the division, and that's the part of Dana White's explanation that sticks with me. As for why he couldn't go at UFC336 on January 30th, White says no reason was given. Makhachev just didn't want to compete before Ramadan, for whatever reason. That's the whole answer we got.
