Restaurant worker fired over fake Personal Service Fee

The "Personal Service Fee" line is what did it. A restaurant worker got fired after she was tacking an extra charge onto customer receipts and pocketing the money, and managers only figured it out once diners started questioning the unfamiliar surcharge. Small amount, too, so odds are it slides right past everyone if nobody asks. Customers asking questions is what kicked off the whole review. #ViralContent
