Bluesky v1.136 Profile links

Profile links are the headline addition in v1.136, and the pitch behind them is straightforward: independent writers, artists, developers and creators should be able to get sustainable projects off the ground on Bluesky. How it works is buttons on your profile, so the people following along can see where support goes. Patreon, Ko-fi, a newsletter, a website, plus more options.
