Ceuta crossing and Morocco intelligence report

Morocco's intelligence services had advance warning of the Ceuta crossing, according to Spain's CNI, and the border response stayed weak regardless. A report cited from ABC and writer Lucas says officials knew about social media calls and the growing numbers before the crossings, and that Throne Festival security was prioritized instead. Only once the flow was already out of control did the measures increase. So the "we didn't see it coming" defense is running out of room. #Morocco
