Piers Morgan slams Manchester City

Piers Morgan is calling the whole situation a total farce after Manchester City players and fans celebrated their 3-0 victory over Liverpool. He says it looks like nothing has happened despite the club being exposed as the worst cheaters in football history following the verdict on financial rule breaches. The concern is that if they win the title again this season, it could ruin the Premier League. Morgan insists the league has to act ASAP and announce City's punishment because this cannot go on.
