Cardi B 34th birthday

The number is 34, and the career sitting behind it doesn't really fit into a normal sentence. A Grammy is in there. So are five No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, and those songs have stacked up 16 weeks in the top spot combined. Four of her records are RIAA-certified Diamond, which is more than any other female rapper has pulled off. So calling her a rap icon isn't a stretch. She's spent years running the charts, sitting front row at Fashion Week like she owns the room, and staying completely herself the whole time. Everything she touches seems to turn to gold, and every moment has a way of going viral. That mix is why the labels pile up: fashion figure, pop culture fixture, businesswoman, mother. Cardi B stays one of one.
