🇷🇺🇺🇸 BEFORE THE DEAL WAS SIGNED: Greek-flagged tanker carrying Russian diesel left St. Petersburg on September 22 and is now days from the U.S. East Coast MINERVA ZEN sailed with roughly 275,000 barrels and should arrive around Oct 11 to 12. It has been headed that way the whole time. Trump announced the diesel deal with Putin on October 9, so the arrangement was already cooking while this load sat on the water.
