Solar-powered ambulance tested in Kenya

Kenya is where a solar-powered ambulance is being put through its paces, and it's already been part of saving lives in communities that sit off the grid. Park it and the panels on top pull in more than enough juice to run every piece of medical gear inside. It's billed as the first ambulance of its kind to run on the sun. SOLAR TEAM EINDHOVEN, NXP, amref africa, AAE, DELFT AIKO, ALFEN, Ansys, PROTEAM, KADANS, PPG, BODE, POLYPLASTIC, oostendorp, imigurant, METHOOL, CHUB.
