Cody Rhodes jokes on Dom and Solo

Cody Rhodes keeps bringing up the same joke about Dominik Mysterio running the locker room alongside Solo Sikoa, but he says it because there is real truth to it even if neither of them are issuing formal marching orders. They aren't the ones yelling at people to pick up the room or telling others not to do things, yet they still feel deeply connected to everyone present in the space. The bond between Dom and Solo with the rest of the roster isn't about authority or command, it is just a genuine kinship that exists without any need for official titles.
