ForgottenIsland kept expanding its staggered rollout by adding 12 more international markets, yet the third weekend pull came in at just $4.8 million overseas. That figure represents a 14.3% decline from the prior week, bringing the total international gross across 46 markets to $14.9 million while several other territories still haven't joined the release. When you stack that against the film's cumulative domestic gross of $23.6 million in the US BoxOffice, the combined global total for the original animation sits at $38.5 million. The production budget for this project was set at $80 million before any marketing costs were even factored in.
