Toys R Us comeback with 120 new stores

Toys “R” Us is slowly making its way back in the US after disappearing from most of the country nearly a decade ago. The brand is planning to open 120 new standalone stores before the holiday season, bringing its total to around 160 locations. It’s not trying to recreate the huge retail operation it had before, though. The new stores are being opened with Go! Retail Group, which already runs dozens of Toys “R” Us locations. It’s a pretty different comeback than people might have expected, but after years of being mostly gone, Toys “R” Us is starting to show up again.
