Warner Bros assets moving to Paramount

Warner Bros. is being hollowed out, per TheWrap, with its pieces going to Paramount executives. That's not a future thing either. De Luca and Abdy are already out as production heads, replaced by Paramount people. And the global distribution arm? Expected to vanish, swapped for a SKYDANCE division run by those same Paramount execs. Fr, watching a studio get taken apart piece by piece is wild.
