Twenty pounds came off John Travolta before Saturday Night Fever ever hit screens in 1977. His prep was no joke: a two-mile run each morning, then three hours of dancing daily. The man who got him there was Sylvester Stallone's Rocky coach, and the approach was pure fighter. That kind of transformation doesn't happen by accident. 🕺
