The Best Album trophy at the 2026 MTV VMAs lands on Madonna for CONFESSIONS II after a lineup that excluded Drake, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Ella Langley, Olivia Dean, Harry Styles, and Olivia Rodrigo.
