JBL announces absence from WWE Worlds Collide

JBL confirmed he won't be showing up for WWE Worlds Collide in Chicago because the production team decided against bringing announcers on-site. He mentioned that they asked him if he'd come in and his response was I'd be happy to. But since they're not bringing the announcers in, he stated clearly that he is not gonna be there and they're gonna call it, I think post-fact. The plan was initially communicated a few weeks ago where JBL said he told them he'd be happy to come to Chicago but they changed it. They were supposed to voice it over next week some time according to what was told initially. JBL noted that plans may have changed since the initial communication but has received no further updates because they haven't said anything about it since.
