The defense team for Lindsay Clancy wants holdout juror Michael Desronvil brought in for questioning on the record. Kevin Reddington's filing also asks the court to hand over Desronvil's confidential juror questionnaire, pull his cellphone records from each day of deliberations, and dig into a domestic violence incident tied to him. Why? The man voted his conscience, concluding Clancy knew she murdered her children. Michael Duranville has since identified himself as that holdout. He says he had no doubts Clancy was guilty and criminally responsible for killing her three children. He denies lying on his questionnaire about a prior arrest and wrote out an explanation on the form. A fellow juror described him as disengaged, scrolling on his phone while the jury deliberated. LEAVE HIM ALONE. If anyone needs a subpoena, it's the attorney, to explain how this juror's name reached the media. This is NOT how it's supposed to be in America.
