The thing that gets me about p'jan isn't some hidden secret, honestly. when the interviewer asked what charm she has that people don't really know about, the answer was basically that we talk about her a lot so it's out there, but then it landed on something specific: she protects me. when a problem hits and i get stressed, i go quiet. i don't say anything. p'jan clocks it right away and steps up in my place, like "p', i think it's like this. i think this here isn't ok. could we try doing it like this instead?" she can read what i'm thinking or feeling the second it happens, no words needed. sometimes she just knows i won't speak up, so she says "let p' handle it for you." there are things i don't dare say out loud, and she says them for me. that warm p' side of hers is the whole reason. from the Bewitch You Press Tour
