Dejounte Murray calls Russell Westbrook the GOAT point guard

The eye test is undefeated for Dejounte Murray, and his verdict on the greatest point guard ever lands on Russell Westbrook, per TomerAzarly. Not Magic Johnson, not John Stockton, not Isaiah Thomas, all of whom Murray says he loves. The case he makes leans on what he watched rather than what a box score tallies: work ethic, passion for the game, and a two-way motor that never idles. How the game is supposed to be played, with no friends allowed until after the game. Murray, who calls himself a guy who trusts his eyes over the numbers, says he was blessed to compete against Westbrook and respects him that much for what he's done on and off the court. The whole package, the person and the player, can't be done again and can't be scripted. You can hold the legends in one hand and still say the thing you saw up close was different. .com/nba/new-orleans-pelicans/nba-news-pelicans-dejounte-mur…
