Sometimes justice does catch up. In Alabama on August 13, 2026, Jeremy Williams was executed via lethal injection for raping and strangling five-year-old Kamari Holland. Her mother sold Williams access to the child for $2500 and received a 20-year sentence for trafficking her daughter. Williams waived appeals and requested an expedited execution himself.
