    ABP pension fund logo

ABP manages retirement money for the Dutch government and education workers, and the Netherlands' biggest pension fund is moving billions out of the U.S. In just 6 months, ABP has moved €25 billion out of U.S. investments. A big part of that movement involves U.S. government debt. ABP had €29 billion in U.S. government bonds 18 months ago. ABP now has just €4.6 billion in U.S. government bonds. ABP has cut back on U.S. companies like Nvidia, Microsoft, and Apple. ABP is putting more of its money into Europe instead, especially European government bonds. ABP says keeping this money in euros makes more sense for how the Dutch pension system now works. Source: Dutch News / Writer: Daniyal
