Pakistan Iran defense pact call

Ishaq Dar walked Iran's Abbas Araghchi through the key points of a new defense pact signed Friday in Mecca. Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey are now tied by a NATO-style clause: hit one, you've hit all three. Araghchi thanked Dar for the call, but Tehran hasn't elaborated.
