Brazil is scaling back its diplomatic presence in Argentina. The move comes after Argentine President Javier Milei called Brazilian President Lula a "thief" and accused him of orchestrating a hate campaign around the World Cup. Milei also took aim at a Brazilian Supreme Court judge during the outburst.
