Samantha Morton on being replaced in HER

Samantha Morton looks back at HER and the moment Scarlett Johansson took over the role. She says being surprised and sad is an understatement, but she still treasures the time on set with Joaquin Phoenix and working on the script with Spike Jonze. Her version of Samantha was very English and completely different. She calls Johansson’s voice beautiful and incredibly evocative, and admits she understood the choice even though it stung.
