The Spinnin Backfist MMA Show has announced a programming update. They're adding a new weekly show on Tuesdays, which will be a news and notes segment, followed by their regular live betting preview on Thursdays. In addition, fans can expect consistent live post-fight shows, not just for PPV events. Their first news and notes show is already available at the link below.
