Anthropic Claude Opus API rate limits update

Anthropic has boosted the API rate limits for Claude Opus by up to 16 times, showing that their partnership with SpaceX is delivering early benefits. Tier 1 input tokens have risen from 30K to 500K per minute, and Tier 4 has jumped from 2M to 10M per minute. Output limits have also increased significantly across all tiers.
