@krzysztof.wThe call for prayers is easy to scroll past. What Kaylub Giama did at Silver Rail Elementary in Bend, Oregon is harder to scroll past. He's 36, a carpenter, a father of two. His daughters go to that school. He was on his way home for lunch when he heard the shooting start. He went into the special education classroom where the gunman had gotten to, and he put a stop to it. Authorities say that without him, more people would have died. Three children and a teacher were killed. Another child and a teacher were critically hurt. A seven-year-old boy in a wheelchair took a bullet to the face and is in the hospital fighting for his life. His brother says Kaylub doesn't think of himself as a hero. He wasn't chasing recognition. He was a dad who ran at the danger when his kids' school was the target. Share his story. Pray for him, for the families who lost someone, for everyone still recovering. What would you want to say to him today?
