The signing of its constitutive act as well as the official launch of the FRN consecrate the dissolution of the Congo River Alliance (AFC), which it succeeds by right of succession and assumes all rights, obligations, and commitments of the latter, including those subscribed to within the framework of the Doha negotiations.
