@rogers_jamieR-rated horror OtherMommy starring JessicaChastain remains #1 isolated at US BoxOffice! The horror grossed 2.9M on TUE Discount Day, basically 0% flat from MON holiday (vs TheBlackPhone 3.2M, +5%, LongLegs 3.1M, +17.4%, TheExorcistBeliever 2.3M, -2.5%, Scream5’s 2.1M, -46,6%) It hits a 33.6M US cume in 5 days. The biggest ace in Blumhouse’s sleeves is always keeping budget under control, and with a 19M production price tag not including marketing, OtherMommy should have no trouble to make most of the investment back while still in theatres even if it crashes next weekend.
