@awaraJoao Pedro isn't even on Brazil's World Cup squad yet he is dominating Chelsea. The striker tops the Premier League with eight combined goals and assists this season while sitting tied with Erling Haaland for the most goals at five. What stands out is how he knits attacks together by dropping deep to link with midfielders instead of just lurking inside the box. Xabi Alonso got it right comparing him to Karim Benzema because both are good in the box, good out of the box, good coming to their left side, good with the head, and very complete. It feels like Joao Pedro has finally broken the curse surrounding the number nine role at Chelsea.
