Sobre esta foto
The image focuses on three flags flying against a bright blue sky with scattered clouds. The flags appear to be the flag of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the flag of the African Union, and a white flag with text and an image of a bird. The mood is patriotic and hopeful, with the flags billowing in the wind. The text on the white flag is partially visible, reading "ce Fleuve..." and "pe uni Digne et Prospér".
