He heard about two young people trying to come in, mess with the voting machines, inspect and investigate, and the Foreign Ministry shut it down right then, denying their visas. His take? If they’re so curious about the machines, they should ask Brazil to bring the machines to them so they can run an electronic election themselves and see the country is at the peak of electoral modernity.
