A police officer stands at a street fair, adjusting their hat. The background is filled with colorful vendor tents and signs advertising food. The mood is candid and slightly chaotic, with a large dumpster visible in the distance. The officer's uniform is clearly marked "POLICE". A sign for "Rosa's Churros" is prominent, listing flavors like "De Leche, Flan, Cream, Chocolate, Strawberry."
