Peru and Bolivia are linked by a new arrest announcement. César Astudillo, Peru's Minister of the Interior, confirmed Jhonsson Pulpo was caught in Bolivia. Pulpo leads the criminal group Los Pulpos.
Same old stories with new names, lmao. But capturing the leader is still progress compared to the past. It feels like real change finally happening in Peru.
